About this bottle
Pierde Almas describes itself as an artisan "mezcal de autor" crafted with a "hyper-gourmet" approach. It is primarily made from wild Oaxacan agaves in single-varietal batches. The piñas are cooked for up to five days in clay ovens, undergo natural fermentation in wooden vats, and the mash is distilled using a copper serpentine still.
