Renault Carte Noire XO

The finest and most aged cognac recipe available. It's the best in its price category, naturally; while superior options exist, this bottle is a permanent fixture in my collection;)

Tastes like raw alcohol, not worthy of an XO classification. It's acceptable as a VS, but unimpressive. Some caramel notes.

Slightly rough around the edges, otherwise a pleasing drink in my opinion.

Fruity but a rather robust and dark aftertaste.
