Vanilla, raisins, and prunes on the nose, with a smooth, velvety, oaky, and spicy palate featuring sweet fruit and vanilla. The finish is long and spicy.
Excellent brandy, with strong wood notes, oak, pine, and then a slightly sweet caramel finish.
Very enjoyable. If you see it, buy it. I'm not the most experienced with cognac, but I can say I genuinely like this.
A friend really enjoys this spirit. Very complex initially, smooth yet potent, finishing simply.
Wonderful cognac!
