Re:Find Kumquat Liqueur begins with whole kumquats steeped in a high-proof grape-based vodka for several months. The kumquats are then removed, pressed, and their essence is distilled. This distillate is combined with the original infused vodka, sweetened, and bottled at 80 proof.
