A potent, unfiltered, organic Gin from Purity Distillery in Sweden, created by Thomas Kuuttanen. Made with juniper, coriander, lavender, cardamom, angelica root, basil, thyme, lingonberry, European blueberry, and organic sugarcane. It's slow-distilled 34 times in a special copper still at Ellinge Castle (dating back to the 13th century) and bottled at 43% ABV. Its aroma starts with Nordic berries, herbs, and spices. The taste is crisp and bold, finishing with a creamy, medium-length conclusion. June 2022 / January 2024
