About this bottle
This pür spirits product results from a collaboration between Master Distiller Franz Xaver Salzgeber and a Bavarian brewery. The Autenrieder Schloss Brewery provides the Bock-style malted beer, which is subsequently distilled, aged, and flavored with Hallertauer and Spalter Select hops. The whisky matures for approximately 2 years, initially in bourbon barrels, followed by a finishing period in vintage chestnut wood casks that previously held grappa. It is reduced to 42% ABV with alpine spring water and bottled without chill-filtration or added color.
