About this bottle
Puerto Angel Amber Rum is crafted in Mexico's Oaxaca mountains from freshly pressed sugarcane juice. Following fermentation, the juice is distilled using a pot still. This expression is matured for three years in previously used bourbon barrels before being blended and bottled. The company's rigorous production standards have earned it USDA Organic Certification.
