The Mistral distillery, situated in Chile's Elqui Valley, produces Nobel, a pisco that undergoes extended aging. This expression is matured in fresh American oak casks and was given its name to commemorate Gabriela Mistral, the Chilean Nobel laureate in Literature.

This is not Pisco! It's aged and has a slight sweetness, but it's no longer authentic Pisco. Chile, you can do better than this!
