Hooghoudt Aged Genever, introduced in late 2019, is a 100% malt wine genever. It underwent a 5-year maturation in European oak oloroso sherry casks. The spirit is distilled from wheat, corn, and rye to a 58.1% ABV, preserving the grain flavors. Juniper is the sole botanical, used to complement rather than overpower the original taste.
