An intense, traditional Peruvian grape Brandy from the Pisco Logia Distillery in Peru, crafted by a team of women led by Meg MacFarland. It uses estate-grown grapes, a mix of Brandies from Quebranta (the most robust and flavorful Pisco grape), Torontel, and other fragrant Italian varietals. Produced with native yeasts, single distilled in a copper pot still, and aged for six months. It begins aromatically with chocolate, jasmine, faint green apple, citrus, and Muscat notes; a strong mid-palate brings dried fruits, grapes, pecan, and dried apricot; concluding with a lengthy, well-rounded finish.
