As expected from a spirit made with Torontel grapes, this variety is fragrant and highly adaptable. It shines in traditional Pisco cocktails like the Pisco Sour, but also excels as a complementary spirit. Try substituting it for vermouth in a Manhattan, adding a barspoon or two of rich syrup, and enjoy!

About this bottle
Caravedo Pisco Puro Torontel is made solely from torontel grapes, an aromatic varietal grown on the Peruvian coast, by the Peruvian distillery Caravedo. Each 750ml bottle requires eight pounds of grapes. Following juicing and fermentation, the grapes undergo a single distillation in traditional Falca pot stills. The spirit is then rested for one year before being bottled at 80 proof.
