About this bottle

This acholado pisco is a combination of three grape varietals, both aromatic and non-aromatic: italia, moscatel, and quebranta. The grapes used for La Diablada Pisco are from the initial pressing, and each bottle contains roughly 18 pounds of fruit. Though it can be mixed into cocktails, La Diablada is particularly well-suited for sipping.

Pleasantly fruity and mild. I really enjoyed this during our celebratory tasting on launch day!
