Pisco El Gobernador

The nose has notes of honey and flowers with a hint of grape. The palate is very mild, with continued buttery, slightly sweet floral flavors. The Moscatel grape is prominent. Adding water brings out lime zest and makes it a bit drier. The finish is short.

I don't have much experience with pisco, but I don't dislike this one. It drinks like a mix of gin, tequila, and brandy, with some herbal, vegetal, and grape notes. Quite smooth.
