A "pisco reservado" in Chile, Alto del Carmen Pisco 40° Envejecido is presented at 80 proof. This spirit, made from muscat grapes picked in Chile's Huasco and Elqui valleys, undergoes double distillation. It is then matured for over 12 months in casks constructed from American white oak and French holm oak.
