This one is intriguing. I found it between the brandy and cognac. I'm not sure how to describe the smell. It has a strong alcohol scent, but there's something else there. I don't think I taste banana-maple, but there's something lightly sweet, although it's generally light/watery with a slight alcohol burn.

Ramon Grooms 4.0

A grape and floral aroma, with grape sweetness, oak, and burnt sugar on the palate. Medium body and a lingering finish. It offers a bit more barrel influence than the unaged silver piscos from Peru. Different, good but different. Works well in mixed drinks.
