An intense, sweetened, nutty gin from Persie, the company that proudly declares "We Nose Our Gin." And rightfully so. They suggest enjoying this as an after-dinner drink over ice. It has a fragrant start with notes of nut and juniper, a biscuity middle, and a long finish filled with butterscotch. January 2018.
