Noticeably different in a very subtle way. Bottled at a higher proof (which is apparent) but this diminishes the whiskey's body. It has a sweet taste, but I can't identify the specific flavor or any others. This will require extended sampling to fully understand. An extra.25 because Penelope is the best!

Rich flavors of spice, corn, wood, aged tobacco, caramel, honey, and dark fruits. It's remarkably vibrant. The flavors unfold gradually in distinct layers, and it's near cask strength. This is among the best whiskeys available in any category and costs only $100.
Still a challenging one to evaluate. It's very light yet potent, but some flavors emerge with each sip. I detect a lot of smoke and vanilla, and occasionally, some apple notes. Very delicate but highly intricate.
So pleasant and enjoyable with just a slight burn as it goes down.
Sweet caramel notes. Truly fantastic overall.
Brown sugar. Too delicate for a 15-year-old.
