Nose (undiluted): Initial aroma of tropical notes, green apples backed with a warm cinnamon tone Taste (undiluted): oak, slight spice, fresh and clean finish. At 46% ABV, it doesn't taste full-bodied. Probably better diluted with water. Nevertheless, a great whiskey for beginners, in my opinion.

Certainly a touch sweet with a sharp spiritous edge - notes of gingerbread, perhaps some orange zest, and definitely a pleasant smooth warmth at the conclusion. Quite simple and direct, not especially intricate, but this would be suitable with Christmas fare.
