Aroma: White chocolate, raisins, cloves, and vanilla. Taste: Raisins, a hint of spice, a touch of bitterness reminiscent of coffee, and a creamy texture. End: The bitterness fades, allowing the spice and raisins to linger. This is a subtly sweet whiskey. I sampled it both on the rocks and straight. Drinking it neat is clearly the superior method; any amount of water dilutes the sherry character considerably, leaving only the bitterness and spice.

Aroma, led by sherry casks, is dominated by dried fruits, sweetness, and an alcoholic kick. Sweet taste, fruity, vanilla, spice. Finishes with a mild, pleasant warmth. Value for money. Added to the 'buy again' list.
Very pleased with this delicious whisky, purchased for £20 from the distillery shop along with a complimentary tumbler. Notes of spice, orange, caramel, brown sugar, sherry, raisins, and coffee.
Vanilla, creamy, subtle fruit notes, caramel, oaky spices. A very good single malt from this young distillery. Excellent value for the price.
sweet and fruity it has the qualities of a single malt much older than 5 years an excellent balance of price and quality
Pleasant taste; with about 10 years of barrel aging, you'd have a very solid whisky.
