The aroma is quite vegetal; featuring agave, green vegetables, bubblegum, pork, and berries, with almost no smoke. The palate is very smooth, with green agave, a hint of pepper, vegetal notes, a touch of vanilla and bubblegum. Again, no smoke detected. It's very vegetal but still rich. Quite pleasant.
