Produced in Jalisco's Tequila Valley, this additive-free tequila uses 100% blue Weber agave. The agave is cooked in a mix of brick ovens and a boiling tank, then crushed by either Tahona or a diffuser. Fermentation occurs in open-air stainless steel tanks, with some portions including agave fibers and others without. Following double distillation on copper pot stills, it is blended in batches and bottled at 80 proof.

A layered Agave Spirit from NOM 1607. It begins aromatically with agave, fruit, nut, herb, and spice notes. A rich and complex middle adds caramel, grapefruit, melon, grass, lemon peel, and pear. It concludes with a medium-length herbal finish of oak, pepper, almond, clove, and coriander.
