Incredible value. I disagree with the previous reviewer. There's a bit of alcohol in the aroma, and it's certainly rich and sweet, but it doesn't strike me as excessively hot. The proof seems appropriate for this bottling, and I detect a familiar flavor profile with notes of cinnamon. The glass's rim has a wonderful aroma after some time, with pleasant wood and caramel hints.
Received a 95.5 rating in the whiskey bible.
