Clarissa Crowley 3.0

A subtle, Blended Irish Whiskey from West Cork, composed of 67% grain and 33% malt. It's triple distilled, aged in 1st fill bourbon casks, then finished in double charred casks before bottling at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic start with notes of grain, wood, flowers, fruits, and spices; its rich development includes barley, caramel apple, and toffee; concluding with a subtle finish of oak, malt, and hay.

Mckinley Rodgers 4.8

O'Neil's appears clear and amber. The scent has notes of white bread crust and perhaps charred barrel. The taste brings honey and a faint charred oak flavor. Is there a smoky character present? It has a medium body and a mostly dry finish.
