This is likely a byproduct from Cooley Distillery. It has an amber hue. Scoring: Nose 12, Palate 9, Finish 10, Balance 10. To be direct, this is terrible across the board. It contains 35% ABV, which I question is even permissible for a whiskey. Hints of vanilla aromas are overshadowed by a much more potent scent of alcohol and varnish. The taste is harsh and acrid. I attempted to drink it twice and experienced heartburn within thirty minutes on both occasions. Steer clear.
