Northern Waters (Minocqua, WI) Apple Brandy, aged 40 months. Batch ABR-2. Quite enjoyable. It has a youthful aroma with an oat-like note, but it drinks quite smoothly and tastes more like a young Speyside scotch with prominent green apple and heather characteristics than a brandy. I would drink it again.
