About this bottle

New Holland Artisan Spirits is affiliated with New Holland Brewing, a brewery situated in Holland, Michigan. Following a trip to the Caribbean by cofounder Brett VanderKamp, the brewery commenced spirit production in 2002. Their Pitchfork Wheat Whiskey undergoes a double distillation using a mash of 80% locally sourced wheat and 20% locally sourced 6-row barley from Michigan. It is subsequently aged for approximately 18 months in new, charred American oak barrels before being bottled at 45% ABV.
