The nose has a subtly juniper-forward, citrusy, floral freshness with a clear fruity sweetness on top, evoking Wrigley's Juicy Fruit gum. When consumed neat, the flavors are less prominent, perhaps a bit more peppery, but it becomes pleasantly light and freshly citrusy when mixed with tonic.
