A moderately sweet, vegan-friendly, Infused Ginjo Sake from Forest Grove, Oregon, made with pear essence. It has a delicate start with hints of rice, nuts & pear; while a fresh middle led to a balanced end of medium length with a touch of marzipan & almonds. January 2022.
