Sugarlands Shine Mark & Digger's Rye Apple Moonshine

A gentle, Tennessee Moonshine from Sugarland Distilling Co. in Gatlinburg, Tennessee made with unaged rye, gala apples with traditional pie spices like nutmeg, allspice & clove; bottled at 80 proof. It has an aromatic beginning with hints of grain, tree fruit & spices; while a full life adds hints of rye & apple pastry; that led to a spicy end of medium length with notes of nutmeg, allspice & clove. The rye's spice complements the apple flavor beautifully. It's sweet but not excessively so. A very pleasant finish!
