A creamy moonshine from Ole Smoky Distillery in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, bottled at 17.5% ABV. It begins with an aromatic profile of cream, nut, and spices; transitions to a slightly creamy body with notes of butter, cream, toasted pecan, and caramel; culminating in a rich, medium-length finish. Smells like butter pecan ice cream. However, the flavor is significantly lacking. The only discernible taste is sweetness. It looks like coffee with cream and sugar.
It's quite sweet. Reminds me of buttery pecans, but it's a bit excessively sweet for my preference.
Very smooth, the flavor is quite accurate.
