About this bottle
Andean Oak Cask represents the fourth bottling in Mount Gay's Master Blender Collection. Master Blender Trudiann Branker selected double-distilled copper pot distillate that had aged for 14 years in ex-bourbon barrels. The rum was subsequently finished in South American native Andean oak. Bottled at 48% ABV and without chill-filtration, this limited edition rum was released in October 2021, with only 1,026 bottles allocated for the US market.
