With a lower alcohol content and containing apple juice with a cinnamon stick floating inside, this seems like it belongs in the LIQUER category. Considering what it is, it's quite good. I keep it chilled for guests who want a "shot." It also works wonderfully in a summer cocktail when combined with club soda or ginger ale. In colder weather, it can be heated for a pleasant toddy. While I'm not usually keen on flavored spirits, I can recognize when one is well-made, and Midnight Moon Apple Pie is a prime example.

A light, fresh moonshine from Piedmont Distillers, located in Madison, North Carolina, bottled at 35% ABV. It begins with delicate notes of apple juice and a cinnamon stick, leading to a smooth, semi-sweet experience that concludes quickly and harmoniously. October 2023
More cinnamon than apple pie. After finishing the container, it's clear the cinnamon is more dominant than the apple. However, it seemed to mellow over time. It's a decent product, and I would consider purchasing it again.
Purchased on impulse. The apple presence is minimal, with cinnamon being very prominent. Homemade versions are significantly superior.
Barely any heat, packed with taste, tons of cinnamon, pleasant apple notes
