Michael Collins "The Prediction"

A very standard triple distilled Irish whiskey. A little spice and the typical toffee or caramel upfront, but it all fades quickly. If you enjoy regular Jameson, this might be an acceptable substitute as it's priced similarly, but it lacks the same smoothness.

Appealing. The flavor profile includes notes of caramel, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, citrus, cream, and dried fruit. The finish is sweet and well-rounded with subtle oak undertones.

A bit sharp at first, but a very pleasant lingering aftertaste.

There's nothing particularly special going on here, just a delicious Irish whiskey.
