Michael Collins Blended Whiskey

Clear and golden. The smell is of white bread and grain alcohol. The flavor is similar, with sugary sweetness, a hint of peat, and a lot of oak. Medium body. Mostly-dry finish. RJT

I had this at a pub and did not enjoy it. I was hoping for more complexity, or at least something comparable to Jameson. It did not meet my expectations.

An outstanding Irish whiskey, although its peatiness makes it almost like a Scotch. I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
