A crisp Agave Spirit from Amatitan, Jalisco, Mexico, made with Tequilana Weber and water from a local deep well. It's cooked in an autoclave, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills before being bottled at 76 proof. It starts with aromas of cooked agave, earth, citrus, and spices, followed by a slightly creamy texture with tropical fruit notes. It concludes with a balanced, medium-length finish with a hint of pepper. (February/March 2022)
