About this bottle
Craft Distillers, a California-based company focused on promoting hand-crafted spirits, and Oaxaca-based distillery Los Danzantes collaborated to create the Mezcalero brand. They partner with small, often family-operated distilleries across Mexico to produce artisan mezcals using traditional techniques. This 2012 release is made from espadín and tepeztate agave by father-son distillers Don Cosme and Cyril Hernandez from San Baltazar Guelavila. Production was capped at 636 bottles, and it is bottled at 47.9% ABV.
