About this bottle
This highly limited mezcal, Pierde Almas Conejo, starts with Espadín mezcal that has undergone double distillation, similar to the Pierde Almas Pechuga. Like the Pechuga, this mezcal is flavored with a combination of wild fruits, herbs, and nuts, including apples, pineapples, almonds, pecans, citrus blossoms, and anise. Instead of a turkey breast, a wild rabbit carcass is suspended in the still during the third distillation.
