Mezcal Don Balta Cuishe

Very fruity and green. Notes of melon, apple, squash, fresh cut grass, oregano, some wood, and very light smoke. It's fresh and smooth with fruity sweetness and a touch of smoke and greenness. Initially, it wasn't striking, but its subtlety became more enjoyable over time.
