Mezcal Agua santa

It's acceptable. A very clean young mezcal with some vegetal notes at the start and a hint of burnt rubber or smoke at the end. It's a bit subdued for what I look for in a mezcal, but not bad. It's disappointing considering its price.

Excellent. The agave and smoke flavors are perfectly balanced.
