This wild blackberry liqueur, Merlet Crème de Mûre Sauvage, is created using two types of blackberries, Black Diamond and Himalaya, with a hint of other red berries. The fruit is steeped in alcohol for flavor extraction, then pressed and filtered. Sugar is added to the infusion before bottling at 18% ABV.
