McQueen and the Violet Fog's Ultraviolet Edition, originating from Brazil, is distinguished by its violet hue and flavor profile of red berries and hibiscus. Its foundation is the brand's principal gin, which is composed of 21 global botanicals, including rose petal, coriander, rosemary, lemongrass, pomelo, and jasmine flower. Very floral, but only one distinct note, which I prefer over most floral gins. Mixed with fever tree, the hibiscus is very pronounced. Not excessively alcoholic. A great choice for an uncomplicated cocktail.
I'm not enjoying this at all. It's far too sweet and lacks the depth I seek. As others have noted, there's virtually no juniper, and it strikes me as overly cloying.
Very light, sweet. It's enjoyable and the best GIN to introduce to people now.
