Tenmile Distillery's Listening Rock Gin is derived from a mash bill of 80% wheat and 20% barley, both grown in New York state. Its botanicals include juniper, orange peel, lemon balm, and mint, with some ingredients sourced from the distillery's own grounds. Each botanical is distilled individually with additional aromatics overnight before being combined and distilled together the following day. The spirit is bottled at 92 proof.

Vibrant and citrusy gin with a fantastic aroma. Tastes wonderful in a gin and tonic and also in many other cocktails. A definite must-have if you find Tenmile's Listen Rock Gin.
Hearty, unaged spirit aroma. The palate is very delicate with floral fruits and citrus. May be overpowered in a cocktail but is an excellent sipping spirit.
