About this bottle
Hudson Valley Distillers commenced operations in 2014, having secured a New York Farm Distillery license and renovated a 150-year-old barn for its distillery and tasting room. Fine Shine is their unaged applejack. Apples are procured from a nearby orchard, while the long-neglected home orchard, acquired in 2013, is being revitalized with chemical-free cultivation methods.
