This is no ordinary gin. The distinct fresh strawberry aromas and flavors make it challenging for traditional cocktails, so I devised my own - "Strawberry Limetini": combine 3.75 oz Beefeater Pink,.75 oz Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth, and.5 oz fresh lime juice in a shaker with ice. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass, then garnish with a lime twist.

About this bottle
Master Distiller Desmond Payne developed Pink Strawberry, which uses the standard Beefeater London Dry Gin as its foundation, with natural strawberry flavor added after distillation. Initially released in twelve countries, including the UK and Spain, in March 2018, with more countries to follow. Beefeater Pink Strawberry became available in the US in October 2018. The product was originally named Beefeater Pink but was later renamed along with updated packaging.

Easy to drink with soda. Not overly sweet, but has a strangely flavorless syrup aftertaste. It's not bad, but not really worth the cost for the flavor, as I could achieve the same result with an inexpensive flavored vodka.
A nauseating aroma of fake strawberry, which lingers in the taste but doesn't mask the cheapness of the gin.
A touch too sugary for my preference, but it blends nicely and possesses a robust yet smooth character
A little too sweet, but it works very well in a gin and tonic with plenty of lime.
Very fruity, strong strawberry flavor, good for cocktails.
