The second of five bottles of Maple Leaf Spirits I purchased last Christmas. Nose: Tart cherry, red grape, with a hint of lemon zest. Palate: Syrupy and delightful. Pure cherry taste with a slight sharpness at the finish. Finish: Short, but leaves the impression of cherry pie. It's not revolutionary, but it's the finest cherry liqueur I've encountered so far. Mixed with soda water and lemon, it makes a wonderfully refreshing summer beverage. I wish they offered a larger size!
