The Vivanco family produces this additive-free 100% blue Weber tequila in the southern Los Altos region of Jalisco. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, processed with a roller mill, and fermented without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks using Champagne yeast, accompanied by classical music. It undergoes double distillation in copper pot stills and is rested in stainless steel tanks before being bottled at 80 proof.
