Los Danzantes añejo

Notes of vanilla, lemon, cotton candy, and wood; hardly any agave on the aroma. The palate is smoky, fruity, slightly sweet, and spicy, with a quality akin to dessert.

Is the barrel aging making the mezcal taste like jelly beans and licorice? Intriguing, but not to my preference.

Still tastes peculiar after airing in the sample container. Now has a spirited flavor.

smoke, cigar, grassy. Consumed neat.

A very pleasing experience.
