About this bottle
Tequila Cascahuín (NOM 1123) is the producer of this additive-free, small-batch tequila from 100% blue Weber agave. A "double jima" technique is used for the piñas, involving a second shaving to remove green material. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted with a Tahona, and fermented in open-air cement and wooden tanks. This expression exclusively uses the heart of the distillation, which is twice distilled on copper pot stills, excluding heads and tails.
