Gran Patrón represents the premium tequila line from Patrón Spirits. This tequila is produced from 100% blue weber agave cultivated in Jalisco's Los Altos region. It undergoes triple distillation and is then rested in oak tanks before being presented in a distinctive, individually numbered, hand-polished crystal decanter.

Sweet, smooth, and velvety. The gentle sweetness of the agave gradually develops on the palate. This is a spirit to be savored slowly and neat; it's delicate, and adding lime would overpower it. It would have had a much richer flavor if it had been bottled at 43% ABV.
I finally got around to opening this. What a letdown. I'm pleased it was a present and I avoided spending $200 on this bottle. Not a good value. You can locate superior tasting, more mellow tequilas for half the cost.
Smoother than I expected. Excellent at room temperature, nicely flavored, sweet with a subtle oak taste. Hints of citrus / fruit.
I don't believe it gets any smoother than this -- for anyone seeking a smooth sipping drink, this is well worth the purchase.
This is the finest tequila I've ever tasted. It's wonderful and, as expected, quite pricey.
A hint of vanilla. Definitely not your average Cuervo! Wonderfully smooth.
