About this bottle
This silver tequila is made using 100% Blue Weber agaves that have been roasted with mesquite for approximately seven days in subterranean stone pits. Following roasting, the agaves are processed with a volcanic stone tahona. The resulting fibers and cooked agave juice are then placed in pine wood vats for fermentation. Subsequently, it is distilled and bottled at 101 proof. It has been available in select US markets since September 2018, with plans for broader expansion in 2019.
